Coming from a Country that is not as advanced as Malaysia, where i was only able to see the new technologies in Movies and Video games, never thought or understood the virtual world and how it functions and where it was implemented, so learning everything from nothing was one crazy experience, it changed my perception to things around me, i started paying attention to things that are there in my everyday life and looked at them in details.
As you maybe know i have just finished with my final year project last semester where i had to reconstruct kekloksi temple in a virtual environment, the problem was that because the temples over 120 years old and i was not able to get the Blue prints of the location therefore i had to visit the site more than once to observe and record all the data required for the project, the process was time consuming, i had to walk around the site collecting data from pictures to sounds and to feel the emotions within the place, studying the crowds behaviors and activities was as important as the rest of the elements recorded because it would help in creating a better output, an Example where before i have inserted the crowd in the virtual environment the place felt dead and missing out on some elements, but once they were inserted the place came to life.
